What to know before you join.
Do I need technical or coding experience?
No. The work begins with your business process and uses practical, guided steps.
Do I need a CRM?
No. If you already use one, the workflow can be designed to work alongside it. A lightweight tracker can be used for the Sprint.
Will AI contact my leads automatically?
Not in the first controlled version. AI prepares the draft and next action; a person reviews and approves external communication.
What kind of example should I bring?
Bring one low-risk follow-up scenario using appropriately redacted information. Practice examples will also be available.

Is this done-for-you implementation?
